Frequently asked questions

Can't find your answer? Send a request and mention your question — we will call you.

Do I need a doctor's referral to book?

No. You can book directly. Every plan starts with an assessment, and our medical director sets your diagnosis and treatment plan. If you already have a referral, scans or reports, bring them with you.

What happens after I send a booking request?

Our reception team calls or messages you on the number you gave to confirm the date, time and branch. Your appointment is only booked once it is confirmed on that call.

What should I bring to my first visit?

Any scans, X-rays, medical reports or surgery notes you have, a list of your medications, and comfortable clothes that let us see and move the painful area.

How long is the first visit?

Allow enough time for a full conversation and examination — your assessment is not rushed. Reception will tell you what to expect when they confirm your appointment.

How many sessions will I need?

It depends on your diagnosis and goals. After your assessment you get a treatment plan with the number of sessions and milestones, and follow-up visits adjust it as you improve.

Who will treat me?

Your physiotherapist works under a plan set and reviewed by our medical director, and every session is recorded so anyone on your care team can see your progress.

Can I choose the branch?

Yes. Choose a branch in the booking form, or leave it as 'Any branch' and reception will suggest the most convenient one.

Is my information private?

Yes. Your details are encrypted and used only to contact you about your appointment and your care.

Do you offer sessions in English?

Yes. Our team works in Arabic and English — choose the language you are comfortable with.
