Back pain is one of the most common reasons people visit us, and most of it gets better with the right movement, not rest alone. We find what is driving your pain, calm it down, then build the strength that keeps it from coming back.

How we treat it

  1. 1

A full assessment of your back, hips, posture and daily routine

  2. 2

Hands-on treatment and pain-relief methods to settle the pain

  3. 3

A guided exercise plan to restore movement and build core and hip strength

  4. 4

Advice on sitting, lifting and staying active so it does not return

Common questions

Do I need an X-ray or MRI before booking?

No. Most back pain does not need a scan. If you already have one, bring it. If our assessment suggests you need a scan or a specialist, we will tell you.

Should I rest until the pain goes away?

Usually not. Gentle, guided movement helps most back pain recover faster than bed rest. We will show you what is safe to do.
